They try to keep it clean; Drive Thru is always nuts; not sure why there is always a line.

they need more competent people working at mcdonalds, they give you wrong orders at the drive-thru......employees need to be re trained on giving people what they ordered and not forgetting

Its too slow and they keep forgeting the order. I ask for a big mac and they give me mc chicken. Also when i order 5 mc chickens, they give me 3. Drive thru is a disaster. I once stayed on line for 1 hour. And they still gave me the wrong drink and sandwich. My neighbor waited on line once for 2 hours and when he was up, they closed on him even though it is a 24 hr place. This place is cheap and they dont even clean the tables and bathroom. Last time i went, the bathroom had mold. I have been in a mc donalds in harlem and it was wayyyy better. Please do not go, GO TO BURGER KING.
