Nasty demeanor and attitude by cashiers towards non-spanish speaking customers(non-hispanics in general).By the way, the area is predominantly hispanic with mostly Puerto Ricans and Dominicans. Once I ordered hotcakes and they didn't give me syrup or butter so I asked about 20 times as the female manager casually ignores me. I raised my voice, saying "Heyyy, you forgot to give me syrup and butter" everyone including the manager gave me a threatening look and started defending her in a mob mentality kind of way. I was threatened of being kicked out and having the police called on me not only by the manager but the hispanic mob as well.

tldr: This branch is racist towards non-hispanics and when I paid for hotcakes they threatened to kick me out rather than give me my syrup/butter.

I hate the service in that place . I always walk in there and greet them nicely but their response is always with an attitude or a stank face . If you asked for a certain order , they'll only give you what they want to give out. There's times where I asked for a smoothie & the employee says to their co worker "just say that machine broke down & don't it" that's just something else . This place needs to be taken down & start fresh with new staff. Worst place you can go to.

They don't even deserve this one star! Worst service ever! Cashiers, server and even the manager are rude and grumpy! As for my food my kids fries are hard and cold and my salad are as wilted as the people that works there!

I went to eat at this place tonight. After I paid for my order the cashier gave me cold french fries, I asked her to give me fresh ones, I told her I could wait. She put new fries in the frier and I waited, after a while a heard a noise coming from behind the counter and I asked the cook guy "is that noise my fries getting burned? can you check please?" since the cashier was doing nothing about it, he pulled them out and by the time I got to the table I noticed the fries were definitely over-cooked. I decided to eat them anyway because I did not want to wait again for more fries.
While I was eating I see another person, dressed as the manager on duty, I know since I have also worked at McDonald's before, approaching the front door to lock it and the cashier who neglected my fries before yelled at her to not lock it, all the way from behind the register. The manager yelled back at her "do you want more customers to get in then?" and the cashier replied yelling back. They went yelling at each other back and forth all that distance between each other for a good 5 minutes.
I heard the name of the cashier was Yesali or something of the sort.

I am never coming back to this restaurant unless I am aware they have new Management and new staff.
