Started Working There Around 3 Weeks Ago. Never Got Trained. Some Coworkers Were Nice And Helpful, Other's Were Rude And Talk You Down. While Working Overnight Drive Thru There Was One Manager 'Jessy' Who Would Push Me Out The Way To Flirt And Take Customers Numbers, Another Manager 'Iris' Who Would Stay In The Front And Gossip About Other Coworkers With Another Manager Called 'Janet'. While Working Drive Thru, It Was Horrible. Not Because Of The Customers, As I Learned Customers Are Always Right, Even If They Ask For A Lot. One Night While I Was Working In The Drive Thru, My Shift Started At 11PM . Im Taking Orders And Bagging The Food. While I Went To Check If The Food Was Done, I Saw No One Was Making The Food, Everyone Was In The Office, Laughing And On Their Phone. Customers Were Waiting In The Front And Well I Had The Headset On. Drivers Are Honking Their Horn, And While I'm Asking Other Co Workers For Help They're Getting Annoyed. Another Thing I Didn't Like Was The Fact That I Was Never Informed What We Had Or Didn't Have. One Night We Didn't Have NO Soda, NO Coffee, NO Happy Meal Drinks. Customers Were Very Upset. And The Manager Didn't Care At All. I Explained To Him About Some Of The Things That Were Happening 'LIKE HE SAID I SHOULD' And Instead Of Handling Things, He Said He Had To Let Me Go.

If the owner of this franchise wonders why it is so slow in the mornings, when such a location should be packed, they need to send people in to observe their staff. For the second time, my order was incorrect. A few weeks ago at the drive through coffee with half and half and splenda was served black. This morning, going inside in the hope of better communication, I was given the wrong meal. Common sense would dictate that no one orders a meal with the hideous sausage sandwiches off the regular menu, when you could get the 3 components from the dollar menu. While watching a feeble witted girl wander back and forth 3 times to prepare coffee, the lady in front of me was waiting for her change, as the register had none. The reason why was the manager flirting and flitting around, as if on a Broadway stage, while insisting he already gave the cashier the needed change. We could see the 20s sticking out of his shirt pocket. I am amazed that there were even 3 cars in the parking lot, this place need a mass firing program.
* For some insane reason, I stopped there again on the way to school, and nothing has changed. Now, they had a young guy who could not speak English and also had received no training whatsoever, behind the register. This is the Bronx, every bodega, coffee shop or food truck has employees who understand a simple coffee order. The man in front of me was having an issue, asking for cream in his coffee and then I was forced into the same gymnastics, asking for half & half and a Splenda. When you need to call the manager over, in order to get a coffee order right, there is a serious lack of training going on.

Slowest service ever. If you come after 9 pm "the Ice cream machine isn't working" ever. Customer service suvks. I waited in the alleged drive thru like 20 minutes. More like a stay thru

there is a car size hole in parking lot with cones around it. I order alot got only half. went back to complain and cashier gave me the whole order so I ended up with extra food.

Horrible. Restaurant was filthy and it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had it was disgusting, filthy, extremely rude ppl. Will never ever go to any Mcdonalds again. if I could give negative stars I would they wouldn't even refill my dam drink!!!!
