I live right next it literally. The food is what a fast food type would be. Inside the place, there's times where the tables are not cleaned and bathroom is not well kept. Overall for the one star is the customer service. There's a few workers who are good but the rest are just basically don't give a shit. Like really, it's typical young adults who have nasty attitudes.

food is decent, but customer service is lacking. good luck getting them on the phone. only give drive-thru receipts by request.

They used to be a 24 hr drive thru and I think the dining room also used to be open later. Note: dining room closes at 10pm but you can do drive thru until midnight.
The employees here are SUPER friendly. I've never had such routinely pleasant -- and accurate! -- service from a McDonald's, especially in the city. My roommates and I have been going here for about five years, and it's always great. If anything is ever messed up, the staff is always quick to make it right.
