Just need to clean dining tables and restroom often and upgrade customer service. May need new Management that supervises the employees.

Bwuahahaha if i could give negative stars i would... I could go into detail but lemme just put it this way...this is the place where the homeless go to utilize the latrine and spwnd that $1 they been hustling for all day...the staff is rude...and inattentive... Probably high...talking and cursing on their cellphones or fake apple watch.. And then gave me a bun with cheese on it....no beef patties.... Lmao literally "wheres the beef" i didnt find out till i got home so whatever...

Call 311 asap!!!! OMG!!! So this is the McD that trains ppl to work at other McD's what a joke. These people should never be allowed to train anyone. Its always dirty, they have bad attitudes towards each other and the customers.Let me tell you what i mean. There are a bunch of Dominican employees working the front counter that are racist against almost everyone especially Puerto Ricans. WTF? Im mixed with a mixed family of Puerto Ricans African Americans West Indians and more just in case you're wondering about me. I overheard one of the male employees (Sergio) saying to the other female employee in Spanish " mira a hese sucio bori" "Look at the dirty Puerto Rican" Smfh he should never work in customer service. if you had a problem with this McDonalds and don't know what to do then just call 311 the City of New York needs to know about these complaints because obviously no one is checking the reviews that works at this McDonalds. Also their managers don't have respect for customers either. FYI managers and general managers that work at this store lead as you would want to be led treat people the way you would want to be treated just FYI

I love Mcdonalds, but this place is out of control. They always giving me half way up french fries, no matter the size. I guess they don't like frying them. It's always crowded and really slow service. Lines are always out of order. Employees always talking and clowning around among them selves. And manager has no control of employees and their breaks. I did a half hour line to find out that the customer in front of me was going to be the last one that the clerk was going to help before going on his break, me and everyone behind walked out the door.
