McDonald's

It is a decent McDonald's, usually fast service, always clean. Bathrooms too.

Good location clean appealing but,the staff are inconsistent. Not 24hrs except for the drive thru

I was a regular customer until one day I was told that they did not like to take my orders cause I ordered too much stuff and was hard for that person to enter it on the system. I usually spend around $30 or more each time I go. I decided to buy my food at a Burger King near my job and bring home.

Today i went to this McDonald and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and a coffee.
It seems that it was too much to comprehend for the 2 servers and 2 managers.

1. They had a really bad attitude at the drive thru.
Like they where mad to be working at McDonald or as if someone was forcing them to work for McDonald's.

2. I was asked 4 times what my order was 2x by drive thru and 2x by managers.
"by the forth time i asked for a refund.

3. They made me from the drive thru come in to receive my refund.
" NOT COOL''

Please BOYCOTT this McDonald's for its horrible service to the community.

STOP PAYING FOR BAD SERVICE

I called this very morning to book for a kids party and the "supposed manager Luz" was very rude. She was not able or rather didn't seem too interested in wanting to give me any information what so ever regarding how much the party was costing, except i have to give a $40 deposit like it was a million dollars. When i proceeded to ask her how much again she said i have to pay the difference the day of the party and I said i know but how much would that be more or less for 10 kids and with lots of attitude said $13 per kid. I said thank you that's a good start and she hung up on me. After several attempts to call her back and curse her out she finally answers and pretends like she thought i was done and tells me she's too busy.....why i said am i getting this kids party for free?????? i know you're busy but i would like to make reservation and you are being completely nasty and if you didn't want to be at work you should've stayed home. She said you're done and hung up!!! Straight up bitch and now i'm not sure i even want to have my kids party there at all! which i'm not obvi but just wanted to post a review for other people wanting to do a kids party there, choose another McDonalds if possible i can only imagine the day of party, i would probably get arrested for punching someone in the face!! lol.
