Bad service, bad management, bad workers. Went in for two happy meals for my kids, had to wait over 20 min with about 5 other groups who were waiting just as long, while the drive thru was moving along just fine, and some people were walking in and getting their food within 5 min of ordering. All while having to watch the young big spanish lady manager, lift her shirt to scratch her stomach, then scratch her hair right by the fries section. Disgusting!

One year ago this place was great. I grew up next to this place. But ever since thecowner sold this location o another. .. this place sucks. And the service its bad. Not about the food. Or beeibg rude. But they allways miss to give napkings. Platicks forks. Or straws. Or food sometimes. Allways gat to check before i leave because they allways forget to put everything.

Waited 20 minutes for food at the drive through. This is the worst McD in NYC, literally. The people here dont deserve to get paid or even work.
