Worst service, food is cold, an order is always screwed up!!

WOW. I just waited in line for 15 mins, inside, with only 2 orders in front of me, the staff screwed up both of those orders big time. This crew CAN NOT handle more than 2 orders at a time without a mistake. I would have given 0 stars if possible...PATHETIC.

Orders are almost always wrong, customer service is horrible and some of the staff are so rude! Waited 15 mins at the drive thru last nite before getting to the speaker. Once at the window where you pick up your food, I was told to move up and wait. Finally, got my order and it was wrong! Went inside to complain and there in the dinning room area an employee (white shirt) possibly a manager herself was arguing and cursing with the manager in charge. There were kids at the front counter. I complained to the.manager in charge who tried to be as polite and apologetic as possible and stated to the person in the white shirt serving drive thru that she had messed up again. The young lady then said, "I don't care if she's mad" referring to me. The only reason why I held back from going off on her was because the kids at the front counter already looked tired and scared. The owners really need to pay more attention to their business or will loss out on some customers!!!!

Ya know, Sweaters is good stuff.
