The arrangements were excellent. I have nothing but praise for the service provided by McCall's staff. They met all of my expectations and were compassionate and easy to communicate with. they kept me and my family abreast of every issue and left all the decisions up to us. I was especially impressed with Shawn, who handled everything for me. Even going so far as to give my Dad his pocket handkerchief to place in y Dad's suit pocket jacket because it matched. Shawn did not try to give us things we did not need. He listened, he cared, and he took care of everything in our time of need. EXCELLENT SERVICES..

Sincerely, the best customer service I've received (outside of 5 star hotels). The staff were concerned, interested and worked with us all so well. They were responsive, organized and did wonderful work to ensure that our loved one looked beautiful for her last viewing. I can hardly say enough...McCall's is a treasure.
