We used these installers to install 2 Hon desks for our office furniture company. First of all, they installed the one desk incorrectly and are after the fact blaming the manufacturer for not sending instructions. They could have called to let us know they didn't have instructions, however they installed them how they wanted and now the two pedestals are sticking out from under the worksurface and a beautiful unfinished edge is exposed.

The second desk was never shipped out from Hon with the initial order. We got that issue fixed and it has now been two weeks since the desk has been delivered to McJeric and we haven't been getting responses from them. FINALLY we got a hold of someone today and they want proof of delivery. They are rude and unprofessional and just plain SLOPPY! I would avoid them at all costs.

We used a subsidiary company, Mahwah Movers, for a short move from Ft Lee to Cliffside Park which including complete packing of ALL our belongings. Two cartons of crystal glassware were shipped without ANY interior packaging or individual wrapping resulting in a loss of almost $1,000.00. Since all of these items were 20 or more years old, they could not be replaced in kind. We sued them in Small Claims Court and won a judgement only to find Mahwah Movers has no bank accounts in New JerseY.
BE aware of this company and it's subsidiaries.

I felt that this delivery service company was extremely unprofessional and I just had a terrible experience with them. First off, they cancelled their first delivery and rescheduled to the following day. And then the following day we received no phone call of any cancellation and they basically never showed up, so we were wasting our time waiting at home within the four hour time frame they gave to us. It was extremely frustrating. Also, calling the company was frustrating because no one ever seemed to pick up whenever I called and when we finally got in touch and they rescheduled for the next day they were very unapologetic for their mishap of not even calling us so that was terrible customer service on their part. This time they gave us another time frame for the delivery in the midday, and thankfully they called his time to confirm, but they were also running two hours late from the time frame. It was just a very frustrating and arduous experience that I don't want to deal with again. I think that timeliness and consideration for other people's time would help for this delivery service.
