The chinese lady that works/owns the place has been there for a while. I used to go to the other two cleaning places a few blocks closer to where i live, but the place on sand lane which is now under new management of some russian stay at home moms (im ruski) have treid to intentionally screw me over, and on two accounts "forgto" about my clothes until i came to pick them up.
Then i went here, I forgot her name, but the chinese woman that is there is so nice, she always smiles, and everything is always prmt and on time with her. Im writing this review because I now go out of my way just to do business with her, because she is reliable, and she is very hesistant to take my tip, which Im kind of saddend by, as she more than deserves it. (I often threaten not to do business with her if she doesnt take my tip lol). All my clothes always came back in perfect condition, and one time, I think I noticed a stain on my shirt which i brought in for a tailorment, and she offered to remove it, without even asking how it got there. SO, chinese lady, I forgot your name, but I really like what you do!
