The doctor only shows concern for you & your unborn child when you have an appointment. I came into the office several occasions to get paperwork filled out for disability and when i gave a cheerful hello to my ob, she gave a not so welcoming nod. I didn't realize it was such a huge act to be courteous to people, especially your patients. It is also hard to reach the office staff. They do not turn their answering service off when they come in for hours , even when returning for lunch. I think it is very unprofessional.

I will not say who I am.... but I will say that I'm a patient seeing Dr McArthur, I have been trying to reach this office since 2 pm and I am getting is voice mail or being transfer to someone operator who don't know the Dr name.. I believe you should have two lines I mean I have a problem but I can not call my obgyn that just wrong. And finally when I get someone on the phone they act like they don't know what you're talking about and put you on hold for the longest
