I had the opportunity to work with Jay and he was great! He knew exactly what I needed and was willing to go above and beyond what was asked of him to make sure the experience was a 10. I would highly recommend this store for any customer inquiries or sales help!

Stopped in to see if I could get my contacts ported over... Jay told me he might be able to get me my new phone faster. That plan fell through, but he told me about a promotion and helped me set up this tablet on my account without affecting my bill! 5 stars!

This was by far the best verizon experience I have not only ever had but have ever heard of at a verizon. Jay and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring I was getting the best service and that I left the store understanding my plan and my phone. Jay stayed after hours to finish the job with pleasure. I would recommend this location to anyone! These guys are the best.
