Mazzola's Auto Body

Recently, my 2010 Acura TL was extensively damaged in a collision with a dump truck. Having had prior experience with Mazzola Auto Body, I took the car there the same day. Mike Mazzola, his 'sidekick' Gabriel and the rest of the staff, took care of everything; rental car, estimates, paperwork, police report, the insurance company(ies).

Although, not a high impact accident, the damage was still considerable. I know Mazzola does great work; I wouldn't even consider taking my cars elsewhere. This time they exceeded even my own already sky-high expectations. The paint match/finish is spectacular and the fit, nothing short of incredible; at least as good as new.

An admitted 'car guy,' I have and continue to send referrals to Mazzola without the slightest hesitation. Mazzola isn't just a highly reputable automotive body shop with skilled technicians, I'm convinced there are a couple of magicians back there, as well.

Can't say enough; on a scale of 1 - 10, Mazzola gets a 12. The work is THAT good!

Awesome Customer Service, Awesome work, I had just purchased my new Challenger and what happens I get swiped. Gabe was very understanding and extremely caring. The work was AMAZING!! I am so happy with the work and turnaround time. The owner as well very friendly. Thank you everyone that had a hand in making my "BEAST" look like the first day I drove out of the dealer. My catalytic converter fell off in the walmart parking lot and was dragging by the flex pipe. I managed to pull up to Mazzola's and thank God I did....they helped me out big time and managed to temporary correct the open seal. I offered the twenty bucks I had on me and they refused saying not to worry about it. True gentlemen. Thanks Mazzola's.

Excellent, outstanding body repair!
I had significant damage on the driver side rear. MY 2012 Acura had only 4000 miles when the accident happend. The car had not even a single scratch on it, before this lady smashed into it(it was parked) =)
I am a car guy and I work in automotive business, so looked for the Best body shop around the area, I came across this bodyshop from co-worker who had very good experience. I wanted it finished and completed to manufacturer's specification with genuine Acura parts. I am very particular when it comes to my vehicle. Mazzola's autobody shop was Acura certified.
Gabriel handled my case from the begining to end, had excellent communication from preparation to finish, he confirmed all work and gave me several update with multiple phone calls. It took more than a month because of all the parts coming from different area(I had a Special Edition model), and taking their time to do the right job. The car literally looked brand new when it was back, I felt and touched all the door and panels there isn't any rough spot or inconsistency at all. No one can replicate the original paint and finish but it is almost impossible to find where they repaired with untrained eye(I am expert so I can see where). I am very satisfied with experience and outcome, I recommend this bodyshop to all my friends and family. Very Satisfied. Dealt with Michael Mazzola from the beginning. He and his office staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. As a fanatic and someone who is compulsive about the upkeep and appearance of a car, you could only imagine how devastated I was when I noticed my entire fairly new Black Pearl, Acura TL had what looked like white over-spray over the entire car, including the windows. On a recommendation from my Acura dealer, I bought it to Mazzolas Auto Body, where the entire car had to be addressed to remove what was there. All I can say is that the car came out great, beautiful, just like if not better then the first day I owned it right from the dealership. The car was ready exactly when Mike said it would be. Based on my pleasant experience, and an Acura reputable dealer referral, I would highly recommend Mazzolas Auto Body and Mike to anyone looking for a nice professional job, especially with any high end car. I too will continue to bring my automobiles to Mazzola's Auto Body in the future.

As far as the owner above/below with the economy car, telling them upfront you don't need/want a show quality job, no OEM (original) parts, and don't bother painting the work, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT YOUR CAR TO JIFFY-LUBE FOR THE REPAIR WORK. Then you go and complain anyway...Why Mazzola's even accepted the job, I don't understand.
