Mazel Tov Furniture

My experience was probably an exception. It took 3 months to receive the item I ordered. I don't believe it's Coleman's fault but the manufacturer. It was a nightmare, spent countless minutes on the phone trying to figure out what was wrong.
Coleman's customer service was helpful and they issued a refund but I wish they were more pro-active instead of being reactive. It was because of me that we discovered the shipping issue, I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait if I didn't take the initiative to know what was holding things back.

WOW Factor!! I found Coleman Furniture online (Also known as Mazel Tov Furniture) and was a bit hesitant about a whole room purchase online but did buy a full formal dining room set. It arrived this weekend (less than a month from ordering) - free delivery and setup - and WOW - absolutely beautiful and quality item. The price was at least half of what local stores wanted for somewhat as close to the same items we bought. Had made a change to order a couple days after placing and their customer service was tops and very friendly. Will be buying a couple more rooms from them and recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a 2 piece sectional from Coleman Furniture. I live in Atlanta and the same sectional locally was roughly $350-$400 more and since Coleman offered free shipping i gave it a try. They told me it would take about 5 weeks, but did not take the money from my account until it was en route to me, which i appreciated. They called me about once a week to update me on where the couch was which also made me feel better. Coleman sent me an email saying the couch was in Atlanta and gave me the name and contact info for the people handling my delivery. They called and set up a day/time. The couch came in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this couch through Coleman Furniture and will definitely be using them again.

I bought the "Bar Curio" from this company and words cannot explain the quality in the products that they sale. My Curio was delivered on time and setup in my room of choice as promised on their website and it's beautiful. It makes anything that you place in there for display "Pop" like no other. Trust me when I say this, when you buy something from this company it's going to be Top Notch. Check it out.

I had a seamless experience from start to finish. The process took about 3 weeks, but I was in no hurry. They kept me posted with the tracking of my shipment. My couch arrived in perfect condition and was set up for me. I had a perfect experience and would order again.
