I had heard horror stories about car dealers and was initially nervous about buying a new car. However I had a great experience at Mazda New Rochelle. Mason, Andrew, and Sebastian answered all my questions, got me the best deal and I left happy with a 2016 CX5.

I recently went here to purchase a brand new 2016 Mazda 6. After a week of searching through all of the other Mazda dealerships in my area, I settled on Mazda of New Rochelle because of their fair pricing and general no hassle. I specifically liked that there were no hidden fees, dealership fees, or any of the usual turn off to purchasing a car. The sales staff (both online and in store) were very knowledgeable and professional. Elizabeth from the online sales was able to present a fair and competitive price, which allowed Kenneth Lopez to present me with all options regarding my impending purchase.

I'd like to take a moment to really thank Kenneth Lopez for being so patient and professional. As as a first time buyer, I was really nervous by the whole prospect of buying a car. But Kenneth at New Rochelle really eased my fears and concerns. Overall, it was a hassle free experience.

I found a very fair and good deal on a 2016 Mazda 3 lease, and the entire process was so effortless. Overall, I had a great experience, that was very unlike my experiences at other car dealerships.. Lily was wonderful to work with, very professional, patient, sweet, and eager to help without being pushy or forceful. I was even running late to a Saturday evening appointment we had, and she was very flexible and waited for me.

The manager was also very professional, yet personable and straight-forward. I never felt pressured, but felt they were invested in making me feel satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a stress-free car-buying (or leasing) experience. Furthermore, the prices will not disappoint and make it all the more pleasant!! Take it from someone who typically can't stand trips to the dealership.

To begin with it decided to go to this dealership (40 minutes away from home) because of the good reviews, however when I got there it was a different story. I went one hour before closing dressed down and it took forever for me to even get noticed. Then one of the sales reps finally decides to try and help me out. I was thinking things were going to get better but they didn't. I told him what kind of car i wanted and he showed me a few options which is great but this guy didn't know much about the cars. One of the vehicles was a previous rental and he only told me that after I saw the old registration in the glove compartment. I was only able to look at the inside of one vehicle he didn't have the keys to the other cars or maybe he was too lazy to get them and show me. What really got to me was the fact that he used my occupation against me, I told him what I did and he just assumed i had enough money to not worry about prices, he kept saying things like " you can afford this trim don't bother with the rest" without even knowing what my situation was or what I'm bringing to the table. I even asked him if it was possible to get a quote on a vehicle and to see how much I would get approved for on a loan and he kept giving me the run around during to avoid working. It wasnt until i was walking out the door that he made me an offer (which wasnt good) as long as i took the vehicle same day. I expected a lot more from this dealership and it's employees. I didnt even bother speaking to management. Their actions made me disinterested in buying a new vehicle.
