Just bought a 2006 Chevy trailblazer and couldn't ask for better customer service. This is my first car purchase but it wasn't my 1st dealership that I visited trying to find the right car to suite my needs. When I arrived to Mayors Auto Mall I felt sad because I was disappointed with the lack of customer services in other dealerships, and I was tired of getting stuck with cars that I just didn't like. Steph and Christian took GREAT CARE OF ME they got me into a great car!! They explained everything with me and worked with me the whole way. I wasn't the best customer for them, I had no establish credit and wasn't putting a large down payment down but I was determined to find an SUV. I LOVE THAT THEY SAT DOWN AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING something other dealerships don't do. And to top it off I was there looking at a car that was below my price range because I was giving up hope in finding a car that I liked. My wife had pointed out this amazing Chevy Trailblazer '06 with only 24,000 miles. Leather heated seats and runs like a dream 391 HP. I thought this car would be out of league but Steph sat me down helped me a lot to get this SUV that won me and my wifes heart. I loved everyone in this dealership and am so grateful to them that my FIRST car purchase was easy educational and most of all memorable. I wasn't fed any BS everything was upfront for me to know. I wasn't pushed into some crappy car (which they don't even own BTW) but i was put in a better car at a great monthly payment. To top things off since i was going under my wifes car insurance they some how got us to switch insurance companies and SAVE us in insurance 200 dollars a month!!! If you want a great deal great customer service then the staff at Mayors is amazing! I thank Steph and his amazing team for such a GREAT Service, from first speaking to Johanny the receptionist to Christian my sales go to guy Nick the man that hussled the banks to Elvis and Aries who cleaned my new baby!!! you couldn't ask for a better staff to help you with a very stressful purchase. Thank you so much guys I'm greatful!!!!!!!! YOUR THE BEST

Drove all the way from CT to look at a 2006 Audi A4....with 60k miles....they advertised and told me via the phone that the car was 14,990 plus tax and registration.... After looking over the car which looked really rice...we went to discuss buying it and told the sales person that we would pay CASH....they said they will be right back with the total...when they did the total was $24,990...they then proceeded to tell me that there was a 4k finance charge and 3 or 4 other BS charges...i then told him again that we were paying CASH...and he changes the 4k finance charge into an advertising charge....lol...i then told the guy he was a fool and that the car dealership are cheats and liars....The kicker to this by the way is that i had just looked at the same exact Audi for 19k....that was Audi pre-owned certified at the Audi dealership....lol....save your time
