- Terrible #222054

I never even got to see the doctor because the receptionist had never verified my insurance over the weeks since I had made the appt, and wanted me to pay a huge sum of money upfront in order to get in. She also refused to call the manager (not in) because it would get her "in trouble." Ridiculous. I had to walk out without seeing anyone and no promise of a resolution.
