Leasing at Maxon Hyundai has been really great. From the moment we stepped through the front door at Maxon we felt really comfortable and not pressured which truly made us enjoyed the car shopping experience. Our salesperson Kenny Kilpatrick was very professional. In addition, the owner of dealership even came over to introduce himself and reassured us that we were in good hands. We settled on a new Elantra and are extremely happy. We will definitely be referring our friends and family as well as others. Thank you Maxon !

I drove over an hour away to come to Maxon. When you go ask for Kenny!! I had an awesome experience. He did everything he could to get what I want. He truly worked with me and is a gentlemen. After, I met with Gio in Finance. Total sweetheart!!! Walked out totally satisfied! Definitly will send everyone I know here!

I met with Rico and his team this past Saturday to consider purchasing a new vehicle. Rico was friendly, timely and attentive to all of our needs. Not only did he work to get me the best vehicle for the best price, he also bought us lunch and made sure we were comfortable at all times. I went to many dealerships that day (about 5). No one showed as much commitment to the customer's satisfaction as Rico. I definitely recommend visiting Maxon Mazda. You will not leave unhappy! Thanks to Rico, Albert, Gio and the rest of the Maxon Mazda family for a great experience. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who is on the hunt for their next ride.

I had a pleasant experience my first two visits. I was lead to believe my 2016 Mazda3 iSport had a navigation system.
Sales person and I spoke for about 10 minutes while I test drove the car. He kept pushing the Preferred Equipment Package and I elected this package because the integrated navigation was one of my biggest selling points.
Turns out I need to purchase a $500 SD card to "activate" the GPS. I knew about this, but was lead to believe that he was going to include it with my purchase. Its been 3 weeks back and forth emails and calls trying to have them make good on their promise but they deny everything.
When I was there, the word was "Preferred Equipment Package comes with Navigation System".
Now they're saying, the Preferred Equipment Package comes Navigation READY.
The Morristown dealership, however, has just promised that I will get the same exact car WITH the SD card and for $300 less.
I'm seeing what I can do about returning and going to Morristown. Weird way how things work out.

Had a great sales guy (Kenny) who was fantastic to work with. The customer service in their service department is not so good. I'd give this place 5 stars because I was very happy with my sales guy but there seems to be a complete disconnect between their sales department and service. I had an issue on a brand new car I bought here and their service department basically told me that their sales people lie about their loaner policy to sell cars. Also, getting a hold of a manager here in any department is nearly impossible.
I went from an Acura to a Hyundai because I was (and am) impressed with their quality and features. That said, the difference in customer service makes it quite evident why people go with Acura. I hate nothing more than a poor customer experience.
Happy with the car. Not the service.
