Maximus Spa / Salon

Been getting haircuts here for years. Overall it's quite good, but im taking a star off for the cost. A men's cut is really not that complicated and i think they charge too much for it. I still like the experience and come back as needed.

I have been going to Maximus for the last four years. Janine and Jackie Chan cut my hair. They keep my hair with the current style. They do an awesome job.. I needed them when I was getting my hair cut in High School. Salon is Upscale and everyone is sooooo friendly. I started recommending my friends here and they all love their hair cuts.

Joyce made the experience worst ever and she claims she is the owner. Rude, condescending and nasty. Took advantage of my daughters, 19 and 14. Overcharged and intimidated them while not even giving them what they paid for. Charged for full head of highlights and only got a few around face and charged other daughtet for deep condition treatment that they did NOT do. When my girls questioned it joyce was so nasty to them. So sorry they had to experience that and not even leave with what they wanted after having to pay so much. That is how they treat customers who spend over $400? Never well go back or recommend. Save yourself a bad experience and go elsewhere for better services at a fraction of the price. She has no business dealing with customers!

Hated the cut, she did not listen, went too short, and gave me a very butch look.
I cut with the main hair designer, Sucely and despite consultation, and my repeated request to keep long the sides and top of my growing short hair cut, she did what she wanted.
She showed me pictures off the internet and I was clear telling her I wanted more length on the sides and top, she did what she wanted.
I found that she was arrogant and most unfortunately, she did not listen AT ALL.
I am not returning there.

I've been there half a dozen times. I see Antonio every time. He does an excellent men's haircut. I would imagine he does a great women's cut as well. He is very passionate about his work and has a great eye and sense of style. The place is admittedly expensive, its a little more than I like to spend but to have a great haircut that makes you feel confident is priceless. If you can afford it, definitely go and do book an appointment with Antonio.
