I needed help adjusting the glasses temples to fit better. I went in and Jim (the optician) was so helpful yet friendly. It took me less than 5 minutes and walked out with a perfect fit. Exceptional service! Highly recommended!! I would come back for sure.

I just had to give a shout out to Maxim Eyes in Chelsea. I walked in cold, having never patronized this business before. I explained that I needed a replacement lens for my glasses ASAP.
They went way out of their way to be helpful; getting the lens ground, placed in my glasses, and delivered to me within a day. They seem to have a nice selection of frames as well. Highly recommended for superb customer service. Much appreciation.
