I was never really upset that they lost my shirt, but I was upset that when I politely mentioned it was missing, she flew off the handle and said I was questioning her character. She said it was impossible that they would *ever* lose a shirt.

Shockingly bad customer service. Lost one shirt and ruined the buttons on several others and made very little attempt to rectify. Unwilling to take basic instructions. Simply awful.
