One of the worst car companies ever. I had a 215PM pickup with a half hour window. They say they called my phone to alert me the driver was outside waiting for me and he was told that I was home already. So they left and marked the transport as resolved. Only problem is I live alone and the home number they called goes to my cell phone and while waiting for them I never received or answered any calls and have no idea who they did call. I was then told it would take 15-90 minutes to get another transport to me. So by 445 PM I should be picked up. My doctor was closing by 5PM and I was about to be kicked out onto the dangerous streets of Newark, NJ and so when they hadn't arrived I called again and they told me it would be another 45 minutes. Plus the woman didn't beleive me about the phone calls and said she believed her driver over me. I had to take a taxi cab home as I could not stay on the streets of Newark waiting for them. If I had a choice, I would not use this company. Obnoxious and basically called me a liar and what should have took me 45 minutes to get home took me 5 hours because of them. They should have made my call a priority as they screwed it up--however they treated me like a leper and stopped even answering the phones. This is a lousy company that can't be trusted. Don't waste your money.
