Tire Warranty is a joke. Could not fix tire two times, when requested it be replaced claimed that "Tire no longer in stock" and must pay for new tire (pro-rated cost) plus labor and wait for two hours. Ended up paying 50$ on top of the warranty paid in previous time plus new warranty for one new tire. Strongly suggest you save yourself the hassle and DO NOT shop at Mavis Tire. This is NOT a Tire Warranty but more like a scam. Shame on you Mavis Tire!!

Just got back from a routine oil change at Mavis, I've been a Mavis customer for the past 9 years, this was my first time at this location and I will never going back.
I got to the shop within 5 minutes of them opening and I was told I'd be the third car up. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I was slightly annoyed that I was still waiting and there was a customer or two who came in after me that were already on their way, but no big deal as long as I'd be on my way soon. Shortly after my car came out and the mechanic called me over and said they accidentally spilled some oil on the engine and windshield and it would take 15-20 minutes to burn off. I am okay with this, I understand mistakes happen and an extra 20 min is worth it for not driving home with the smell of burning oil in my face.
After the 20 min wait I go inquire about the car and they take a look again and it'll take another 20 min. Okay, I'm into this oil change for an hour and forty minutes at this point and I'm now upset. I told the mechanic I just wanted to pay, go home and have it sit outside with the oil burning off at my place, instead of crossing the two hour mark of being in the shop. He said no problem and that I'd be taken care of for the long wait and the mistake they made.
At the register I confirm that I'd be getting a discount and they said yes, which worked out to $28.30, which seemed really high for a reasonable discount compared to what I paid in the past.
I went out to the car to look at my old receipts and sure enough the last two Mavis oil changes I had totaled $29.99+tax....SOME DISCOUNT!!! I went back inside to show them, but they said they couldn't do anything about to give me any significant amount off.
An hour and fifty minutes, oil is still burning off my engine outside and the discount I realize is a few dollars. Some customer service, won't be going back.

Avoid this and go for better prices online on other websites. Initially i thought it is better deal for me but ended up paying more than what i had discovered online on other websites. Disappointing experience with these people.
There is no synchronization between Mavis people at store and customer service on Mavis hotline. I was given a price quote by customer service on Mavis hotline for 3 Dunlop Signature II tires for my Camry. When i had discussion with customer service, they mentioned price quoted to me by them would be final price and I will have to just pay price quote given by them plus tax at store after tire service. Customer service guy mentioned price he is giving me included everything installation, Mounting, balancing with valves and any TPMS service. He told me he would push the price quote to local store near me. When i went to store, there was argument with people at store on price that they are seeing for me. It was totally a different price quote that was sent to store. I had to struggle by myself to call customer service again to reconfirm and conference store and customer service folks to bring them on same page. Store guys ( Parsippany store ) were least bothered to even talk to me properly on price. Finally after 5 to 6 calls to customer service, i was able to get price quote that was discussed and was pushed to store. I dropped my vehicle and went home thinking to pick it once tire service is done. But after 30 minutes, i get a call from Mavis guy at store telling me he need to put a new tpms service kit and that would cost $6.99 per tire. I had 3 new tires and he mentioned that would be additional $21 over what is called "FINAL QUOTE" given before service. I had again another argument with Mavis guy saying whatever final quote i got had everything in it ( which was the case ). I called customer service and now it is their turn to turn-down the discussion happened. Once sale is done, they are least bothered to even talk to you. They dont keep words. I was really disappointed with the experience interacting with people at store and customer service.
Would not recommend it to anybody.

Ive been to this shop a few times and I've decided to keep servicing my and my wifes car here. Very friendly staff and decent prices. They have price match guarantee and have honored and beat my whole sale club price on tires. I would highly recommend a visit.

I took my car in to have a flat patched. Cost me $35. By the next night, the tire was flat again. I tried to change the tire, but the incompetent jerk who originally did my tire tightened the ****** lugs so much, that I stripped it trying to get it off, and was unable to. I want my money back for the tire and new lugs. and will complain to corporate if I have to in order to get it. This is not the first time I have had issues with them. but it will be the last because I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. and everyone I know I will tell not to go either.
