Mavis Discount Tire

I had a slow leak in my tire so I brought my car in. They had me wait while they finished up some other cars that were ahead of me. The wound up finding a nail, patching it, and sending me on my way in about an hour.

Approximately one year ago I had a not-so-good experience with the Mavis Larchmont location however, I decided that since we are all entitled to making mistakes, I would demonstrate the use of grace and give this location another chance. Especially since it is closer to my residence. Unfortunately, even though it was another issue I was experiencing with my vehicle, the end result was the same. My vehicle's issues became much worse after leaving it with Mavis than it was when I dropped it off. And, the rationale I was given was not only unacceptable but was without merit. I highly recommend to others that you "window shop" for another vendor that puts customers first versus having to experience what I went through which was inadequate service to say the least.

Being a business we know good business!! Larchmont Mavis has always treated us with respect and have had great prices and gets us in and out. Lou and Victor are the best around!!

don't listen to this guy. These people are great friendly and always get my cars right out i sent 6 of my cars their Saturday for oil changes and they had them in and out. Great work good prices. Louis is great.
