Some of the worst service I've ever dealt with. I needed tires mounted and balanced, they told me it would be ready in about an hour. I came back over an hour later and they had just started working on it. I ended up waiting another 2 hours for them to finish and they didn't even apologize once for the wait.

I am always very satisfied with the service I receive at this particular Mavis store. The personnel I encounter are honest, reliable, polite and always professional. Romel in particular has been very helpful and patient in handling some situations for me-even helping me immediately on one particular visit when I had a limited amount of time.

Good Store manager. Knows what he is doing. Goes out of his way to make you comfortable.

Dropped my car off for a pair of tires, alignment and an inspection. They called me to let me know about the condition of various components, which was nice to know. Then had everything done and haded the car over to be without even a greasy fingerprint on the paint. Pleased with the service and professionalism.
