Horrible Experience! It took the mechanics (3) hours to replace my two front tires. When I called the Mavis consumer service line, a representative stated the process should only take 1 1/2 hours at max. Luckily, the front desk clerk, Ulises, made the experience somewhat pleasant as I waited.

On another note, when I attempted to retrieve my car after (2) hours of waiting, a mechanic drove my car onto a lifting apparatus, elevating it to a point that I could not drive it away. It was a very aggressive way of keeping me there, as a paying consumer!!!

Do Not Take Your Car to the Mavis Discount Tire store located on 611 Utica Avenue!!!

Always a great experience when I get service here. They are always upfront with information, and do not keep you wondering. I have had an appointment in the past, and the service was so great. I walked in this last visit, and service was still great. I am moving south to Miami, and wish I could continue services with you all. Thanks for everything!!
