I drive all the way to Oradell just for this! and what a great place it is for fresh meats. I recommend the shell steaks. They also sell fresh chicken cutlets. The friendly atmosphere of a family owned business adds to the butcher shop experience. Unfortunately, there are not many places like this left, but they are so much better than the alternatives. Forget the supermarket, support your local butcher and eat good!

don't waste time, go directly for prime, it's one of the last sawdust on the floor meat markets you'll find with personal service from experienced meat men, not some snot nosed kid working at your local market who simply can't cut a skirt steak on the grain. Meat men are a dying breed get it while it lasts.
