What an unbelievably terrible customer service experience. I bought the meridian heels and they broke the very first time I wore them. I returned them and was told they would have a new pair shipped for pick up, before end of week. Friday rolls around and I call to check on them, the girl tells me she will call me back- that doesn't happen. I call Monday and get the same exact response and again they don't call me back. Then Wednesday I receive an email that they had the shoes repaired.. Why would I want the lemon shoes? I go in to the shop and ask for the new pair as was agreed upon and they spend 10 minutes trying to convince me to accept the repaired shoes. Finally I just ask for a refund! Never in my life, especially at a "luxury" store, would this be acceptable.
