One of the employees told my dog to shut up when he was barking to much. You never tell a dog to shut up because they will do the action more. He was supposed to either let him bark or calm him down by saying shh in a nice way. Not so harshly like shut up.

Mike is clearly one of the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He not only explained what was needed, he explained what was not needed. Very reasonably priced! The man is a wizard when it comes to Toyotas and Lexus's. I bring my 2010 Lexus RX350 to him and always feel confident that the job is getting done.
