This management company does not have an office location, does not answer their phones and does not return your phone call when you leave a message. It makes me very wary to not have a physical location I can go to if I'm having a problem. I have been living here for over a year with two windows that won't stay open and cannot get in touch with anyone to get it fixed. You are provided with the direct number of a super but if any repairs need parts good luck getting it done. When repairs are scheduled they don't always show and don't contact you to say they won't be coming. Then when they do repairs they do the bare minimum and never come back to spackle and paint when necessary. They came to fix our toilet because it was apparently leaking into the apartment downstairs and didn't bring towels so they had to use our personal towels to soak up the dirty toilet water.
