Spent at least 15 minutes explaining procedure to me. Not only was he thorough and professional, he was helpful to me in making recommendations for a medical problem not even related to his specialty. I did not have to wait for my appointment and the office staff was great. I would recommend this physician in a heartbeat.

I went to Dr. Matarasso for a consultation about eye surgery. He interrrupted my appointment to greet and deal with another patient who had just arrived...obviously much more important. The doctor finally returned and his office manager later discussed his fees. As it turned out, his fees were TWICE as much as another doctor who is considered one of the best anywhere...FAR more famous than Dr. Matarasso.
Forget him. Just walk right on by.
