The cab drivers give different prices for the same place and one cab driver name jazmin is very rude

Don't use them on snowy days because they charge $3 extra... Like it's our fault that it's snowing. When you need them the most... they screw you over. And I'm a regular customer, I used them every week and when I called, the dispatcher didn't say anything about the new rates. They all suck!!!!
