Great work and a great experience. Throughout the process they were friendly, communicative, and honest. I had a window replaced after it broke in a wind storm. Master Window worked around my schedule when I had to change the day for my estimate, and then informed me well in advance when they needed to reschedule. They were always punctual and polite. Even though the job turned out to require more work than initially thought (they had to call for one more guy to come help), the final cost was what they quoted in the initial estimate. Can't say enough good about them. Best experience I've had working with a home repair company in NYC.

Wonderful People, all work were performed quickly and in a professional manner with very good quality and attention to detail. They caulked all my windows and repaired a broken window professionally and neat. Thank you.
