Master Collision

Master Collision is the biggest rip off auto body business I have ever encountered. The people are beyond rude & nasty. They had my car for over 8 weeks & returned it with half the work NOT DONE, but had no problem cashing the HUGE insurance check they received after claiming there were countless things fixed that NEVER WERE! It is now months later & I am still fighting with them to finish the work on my car. I am now being ignored after leaving three messages. Our experience with this company has been HELL to put it lightly, I would never recommend anyone to take there automobile to this RIP OFF, LYING, SCAM ARTIST who commits insurance fraud!!!

I just picked up my car, it is fairly new less that 5K miles, after having a not very serious accident. Nonetheless, the left door and fender had to be replaced. The craftsmanship is perfect. The car was ready ahead of the time frame that was given to me. They called and kept me abreast of the progress. I could not be more satisfied. This is not the first time that I have used Master Collision in Rockville Center and I have never been disappointed. I would recommend them highly

They do crap work over charge rude take forever never again like a legalized theft they suck

MASTER COLLISION HAS BEEN PROVIDING GREAT SERVICE. EVERY TIME I HAD OR HAVE A PROBLEM AND I NEED SOME WORK DONE ON ANY OF MY CARS THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB AND DELIVER ON PROMISE DAY AND TIME. THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES THAT I HAVE JUST DROVE IN WITH MINER PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK AND THEY ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINS AND WON'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR RIGHT AWAY SERVICE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND EVERY ONE LOVE'S THE SERVICE AND THE JOB THEY DO ESPECIALLY DOUG AND WILLI. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING THERE.
