- Terrible #55710

susan, the customer service rep, was very condescending and unhelpful as was the customer service rep I talked to prior to susan. Very hard company to communicate and do business with. I will avoid them like the plague with any adhesive needs I have in the future. Dymax, 3M, and Loctite are much more accommodating.
