Master Bike Shop

My bike had been stolen and I wanted a replacement immediately. Mike helped me through the process of finding the right bike that fit my needs. I was allowed to ride many bikes before I chose. As an avid rider for decades, I appreciated the care and concern about specifics that was given to me in making my choice. I came back for some small adjustments and there were no hassles. The one drawback, if any, they don't accept American Express. This was inconvenient for me.

I was really, really impressed by the time and care their bike fitter put into my recent fitting. I've gone for fittings at several other shops and this was by far my best experience. The fitter was an absolute stickler for detail, perfection and really took the time to do the absolute best on the three key points of contact. I also happened to have a lot of fun hanging there while this was going on - fun crowd, interesting people and cool cross section of bikers coming in. A great neighborhood shop

It was hard to imagine a bike shop with such a high rating. I ran in at closing to grab a lock. Within the 5 minutes I was in the store I got a sense of why the rating is so good. The people are knowldegable, polite, and they care, (a surprisingly unusual combination for a bike shop for some reason). My new neighborhood shop.

I LOVE this shop. I have been patronizing Master Bike since it first opened five blocks north of where it is now, and it is hands down the best bike shop in the city, and possibly the planet. All the sales folks are knowledgeable, service-oriented, professional and always helpful. They have a great selection of bikes and merchandise; they also will very readily tell you if there is a better product out there which is not in their inventory but which they can order for you, and they do so. My three kids and I have bought numerous bikes and accessories from them over the years and we always walk out happy. Great mechanics for repairs and tune ups, too.

Great bike shop. I recently went in for a gear adjustment to a bike I bought there. They do free gear adjustment within a year of purchase but for some reason they did not have me in their system. Despite not having me in their system, the owner remembered me and gave me the free adjustment. Great people. Great service. Great store. Go here.
