There are great places to get mozzarella in northern NJ. A&S in Wyckoff and a few places in Hoboken top the list. But as you come further south, the best place for homemade mozzarella is off GSP exit 138. The guys at Massimo Deli are true masters of mozz. If you live in central jersey, this is much closer than the places in north jersey and is just as good if not better.
