I had a horrible experience with this place and the customer service is just as bad. I purchased a massage via Amazon Local deals and called to make an appointment as anyone would normally do. I got to the location and paid the sales tax on the massage and then was told that there was no masseuse there that could accommodate me. So not only did I waste time and gas and tolls for driving to the Bayonne, NJ Location they kept my sales tax and told me someone would contact me to reschedule - that was October. I called and spoke to a couple of sales associates who could do nothing but suggest I drive to their other location to redeem my voucher (which made no sense considering its over an hour drive from my house). They had the General Manager call me back and he assured me that all would be resolved (that was probably sometime in November). Long story short - I have yet to hear from that Manager regarding a resolution to my issue. Horrible customer service - will and would not recommend location to anyone!
