This place is excellent. Customer service was friendly and attentive at the front desk and rates for a full body massage are very reasonable. They make sure whether you're first time or regular (I have a monthly membership now), that you are set up with a therapist who suits your needs. Approach is for healing and rooms are clean and Massage Therapists are professional and ask a lot of questions to make sure you are getting the most out of every visit. Diverse range of experienced professionals and options for gifts. Even the front area is very accommodating while you wait with tea and coffee and water plus other accoutrements. About waiting: do NOT be late. These are professionals and it's bad for everyone if you waste time. Never had a problem with issues on my billing. Brought my sister here recently and she's considering joining in the new year because they have so many locations.

Stay away! Do not even go if you receive a gift certificate.

I received a gift certificate in a raffle and went to receive my free introductory massage. After the massage, I was given a high-pressure sales pitch to sign up for a one-year membership that would cost $69.99/month. I declined the offer and did not sign the contract.

Still, they have started billing my checking account, using the debit card number that they required "in case I did not show up for my appointment without cancelling."

Worst "freebie" I ever received.
