I think very good and professional. I have been getting massage from maurico in east rutherford for over 2 years. Very good massage therapist and facial from marzena in clifton. If you need smeone good i highly recommend the two people i use

I sign up for a membership last May, I have used the service a total of 3 times,
The last time I had a masuce that had long fingernails and scratch me and had very little experience with customers. I walked out and never went back. After waiting for my year to be up and canceling my membership I now have 8 Unused massage visits. Since I had a bad experience I thought to give the visits to friends and family as gifts since they already paid, I was told that I have 60 days to use 8 massages visits and that I can only give one away per month, if I don't use the 8visits in 60 days I will loose them without a refund.
Reluctantly I scheduled a massage to at least use some of the visits, I called to reschedule my appointment and was told I was within a 5 hour window and that rescheduling my massage would cost me one full massage visit ($69) how can any company promote healthy lifestyle and stress relief and think that it's a fair policy to charge a customer $69 as a cancellation or reschedule fee.
IM DISAPPOINTED THAT I EVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD CAUTION ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY FOR WELLNESS OR STRESS RELEIF TO READ THE FINE PRINT AND PERHAPS FIND AN ALTERNATIVE TO MASSAGE ENVY.

I was very unsatisfied with my massage. I made my appointment because I was in a lot of pain suffering from a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade. The pain ran all the way up to my neck. Because of my insurance I was out of sessions with a chiropractor so I resulted to going for a deep tissue massage. With that being said, my massage therapist, did not focus on the area that needed to be worked. I asked her to massage harder because to me it felt like a regular massage. I'm not going to go on and rant, but I left there in more pain (not from the massage) than when I walked in with. And I paid $65 for something that didn't even help me. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have been going to Massage Envy for 2 years now, and have found it to always be a wonderful experience. I have had massages by a few different people there, but one of my favorites is Mia, she's especially good if you like a firm massage. I have had neck and back pains, and she always makes me feel so much better. Facials here are also excellent. It is not a plush, fancy place, (it is kept very clean) but bottom line is you do end up getting a really good massage at a reasonable price.

Massage and therapists are great, professional and courteous. The location is horrible; there isn't a serenity room, the parking is awful, it's nearly impossible to get a person on the phone (generally I leave a message and get a call back), and the waiting area is the main "lobby" that has full sun and chatty receptionists all day long! Although I continue to go back because of convenience and my obsession with my amazing massage therapist! :)
