Having just returned from Odessa, Ukraine and sampled food at their best restaurants, I have to say that none exceeded Masha & The Bear when it comes to their friend chicken pelmeni or infused vodkas. The horseradish vodka, in particular is my favorite. Spicy liquid alchemy. Plus, the owner and bartenders are the friendliest guys imaginable. If I lived in this neighborhood, I would be here everyday.
