Thanks for this review and thanks for said that our service is good but most important our product, we have over a hundred types of different products and we will never print anything without the customer approval, and regarding on your job in specific the posters, we gave you what you approved and you checked everything before printing and leaving the store. We are so sorry if something happened to the posters after leaving the store, but we cannot be responsible for the uses of them, hope you can understand and we will be here to serve you if you would like to try a different product scratch resistant or anything better that adjust to your needs.
