I didn't event get a chance to have my event! I faxed in my application for my Sept 12th event on July 17th. As of tomorrow Aug 3th I will cancel my application because for the past week and a half I have been calling to check on the status of application and all I keep getting is that the director has yet to look at my application. However, a friend of mine faxed in her application for her event at the same time as I did. Her event is a couple weeks after mine and she got approved a week and a half later! I believe 3 weeks is plenty of time to review an application for an event that will last 4 hours! I have booked my event some where else and I did not have to fill out an application.

Service was great, but I been waiting on my deposit for 3 months and I still don't have my deposit . Every time I call they blame City Hall then They act like I shouldn't be upset because their given me the run around , they get nasty when I inquire why it's taking so long to receive my deposit. When I signed a contract saying I would receive my deposit back the following month.

I like that the rooms are very spacious so there is never a crowed event or party. Bathrooms are always sanitized. & I feel respected by staff.
