Flawless!! That is the only way to describe the quality of the work, the service, and the level of customer attention that you will find at Martino Auto Concepts. Flawless! I have been using this company for the last 10 years, and as a person who has a low deductible (and therefore I get my cars repaired), I have entrusted all of my family vehicles to M.A.C. from my dad’s Mercury to my daughter’s VW Beetle to my own Porsche! Flawless!
But the very best part of working with Jon and Joe is their advocacy for the customer in dealing with the insurance company. Make no mistake, when a customer makes a property damage claim with their own insurance company [collision or comprehensive coverage] or against another’s insurance company [property damage liability], they are in a battle with the insurance adjuster. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that every insurance company wants to pay as little as possible on a claim. Maybe you’ve had the experience where you submit an estimate from an independent body shop, only to be told by your adjuster that the company will pay only 2/3 of that estimate (or even less)? That is in part why the insurance company will “invite” you into their own claim or repair centers for your damage inspection. At those centers nearly everyone is being paid by the insurance company (the adjuster, the body shop expert, the customer agents) - everyone except you. And when they tell you that your claim is worth “X” who are you to question it? How are you to question it?
It doesn’t work that way at Martino Auto Concepts! When you drop your car off at M.A.C. the insurance adjuster meets Jon or Joe on the premises. That’s where the negotiation takes place, And when it comes to getting YOU every dollar of property damage compensation that you deserve, Jon and Joe are no lightweights in dealing with the insurance company. You won’t hear M.A.C. make excuses to you as the customer like “certain things just weren’t covered” or “we need to use secondary market parts in order to get the job done within the insurance payment.” If it needs more extensive repair, Jon and Joe have your back. On several of my claims I have had the adjuster say to me that “no-one is better,” and, “no-one is tougher.” That is exactly what I want to hear!
As an attorney who deals with insurance companies every day, I can tell you that they do for me what I do for my own clients. That they deliver a flawless repair as well is the reason I have been with them for 10 years. In my book, there is no other body shop to use.

I wouldn't go here for anything other than an accident your insurance would cover. They tried to rip me off for three times what the shop they had mount+balance tires for me quoted me. Unbeknown to me until I brought my wheels+tires over, they weren't going to do the work themselves (after inviting me to have it done without me even asking; I'd had given them extensive body work business in the past a couple times) and had me drive them over to a nearby shop. Still forced me to pay twice as much after I called them out on it. Not only that, it didn't take the usual hour or even two hours; I had to wait more than a day.
