Martin Van Buren High School

Worst school ever. It is worst than August Martin high school and That campus magnet high school in Jamaica. The teachers and the new principal at this school are nice and trying to improve the school very much. But The students here are like pit bulls and Rottweilers They smoke outside the school, there are so much security guards inside and they are real NYPD Cops from the precinct outside of the school patrolling. There are gangs in this school, some even do drugs. There are fights almost everyday and I hear that students are ditching class. Some people even say you get robbed here. Back in 2003 there was a gang fight between kids here at Van Buren and Hillcrest high school on the street, people were literally running for cover and scared. Anyways If you have no options left and come here bring a tracphone or flip phone and bring $1 to school everyday

The school is a good school , and the staff and teachers are very friendly there , not all the students are great but u cant expect them all to be I graduated june 2012 amd attended all 4 years I had no trouble with anything , you jus have to know who to hangout with , and do good in school for ur own good , not be a follower

Marton Van Buren high school is one of the best high school I know.The teachers are fantastic and they are so sweet and caring. MVB is a beautiful high school.
