I could not read this review without at least asking Who this customer is and what exactly happened with him
The fact that his user name is (nar far) says it all I would assume this is a bad competition might be losing business because of us :) anyway
we have thousands of VERY satisfied customers through the 15 years we have been in business
and come on man just ask your self a simple question how would someone as you explained in your post will be able to stay in business for this long !!!

trashy store, garbage owner – I brought my laptop in to be repaired a few months ago. Owner fixed laptop with poor quality and I think he may have done it with used parts!!!! It broke within a few weeks again. On top of that, he is a rude, miserable man who seems not to care about any of his customers or his store's future. Moe is his name. Don't bother, there are so many real stores out there where they offer quality service for cheaper prices. And I find it hilarious that they write their own reviews, see below. Just shows you what kinda people they are.

i went to 4 different stores before smartech , none of them could even find out what was the problem !!!
and then a friend told me about smartech , within less than 2 hours the laptop was like brand new !!!!
if any body can fix computers , this is the place .
