Within the shoe department you are sure to find great shoes; but you will only find one foot. And don't you dare ask for assistance because on the first Saturday in Spring you will not get it. Instead you will receive down trodden eyes and offensive looks from the workers at the cash register/customer service. And don't ask for a manager, you won't see one. OLIVIA C
