Excellent cleaners and great tailoring. The couple who own the cleaners are very nice and the service has leads been prompt.

I gave them two jackets to stitch up and within two weeks they were done and only cost me $20. I was serviced by the assumed owners, one Asian male and one Asian woman and both were cordially, but the male was a bit more for conversation. Either way, I would go back again, they are near the bus if you don't drive and usually no one is there waiting for their stuff so I assume they are prompt so you aren't waiting around.

I have had 2 issues with this establishment. First time: I brought a black wool dress coat to them to clean by removing the lint. I was not able to get the lint off myself with a plain sticky brush as it was enmeshed in the fibers. So, when I brought it to them I asked if the could get the lint out. They assured me that it was "no problem and they would get it all out." When the coat was finally ready, I picked it up and ALL of the lint was still there! I showed them and they admitted that they could not get it out but "still had to charge me because she spent time TRYING." She was very rude about it and charged me $20!
Then, this most recent time I brought 2 pairs of dress pants to be hemmed (made shorter). I wanted 2 inched hemmed on each. The pants were promised to be ready after 5 days, but were not ready for 13 days! When I finally picked them up and got them home, I saw no difference in length! Today I brought them to a new tailor and he told me (from looking at the hems and creased/non-existent creases) that one pair was NEVER touched (no original hem and same original factory stitching) and the other pair was actually MADE LONGER! (it had the original stitching which was above the new line!) She charged me $18 for nothing and to make the other pair worse! I will never go there again!
I shared this story with a friend today and she told me that she stopped going there years ago because they lost 2 of her coats and had her call them every day to ask if they found them yet. Then, when they finally couldn't find them, they told her that she must have never brought them! Unreal!
