Marlboro Discount Wine & Liquor is so eager for a sale that they ignore common sense purchasing rules.
For example, a person can call their store, order a significant amount of liquor, and charge it to someone's else's credit card number. They do not need the actual credit card, or to have ID in the name on the card. They just need to lie and say they have the person's permission.
I know this because my debit card was charged $70. 76 earlier this week. I live in central New Jersey and have never been to Brooklyn.
I was lucky to check my statement, and that my bank is pursuing reimbursement for me. Others may not be so fortunate. Marboro Discount Wine & Liquor is so eager for a sale, they are actually helping con artists rip people off. Be careful.
If Marlboro Liquor cares enough to come clean and change their policy, it will be a great move for the majority of people. I'll keep you updated if they do that.
